Jonny Crozier, distiller at Dairy Distillery in Almonte, ON, and Kasey Boudreau, owner of Celler 82 Mobile Bar & Lounge, have founded the Spirts Society of Canada, which will hold its inaugural event (see below) next month.
The Alchemist, a craft spirits publication from Glacier Publishing in B.C., announced it will launch Vancouver Cocktail Week in March 2021. Toronto Cocktail Week celebrated its second outing this past October, which included the participation of speakers like Geoff Dillon from Ontario’s Dillon’s Distillery.
